Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order via your registered email. You may also visit our website at any time, and log in via your account to view a real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive a tracking number or did not find any updates under our "Order Status" page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately in order for us to investigate and refund where appropriate

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Due to the hand-made nature of our products and the huge popularity, for domestic orders within the United States, delivery will normally take between 10 and 14 business days. For international orders (Non-US), please allow 10 to 21 business days for arrival. Be aware it is more than likely you will receive these items much sooner than these estimates, but we like to be cautious! *NOTE: In case of the recent Corona Virus, please allow for an extra 10 working days to compensate for weaker work force and country by country lock-down measures. We do aim to get it delivered sooner however!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide, and as you may have seen, shipping is free no matter where you order from.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely, as expected of a professional website we use the latest in SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. After this, your credit card information will be wiped from our system. Furthermore, we are certified to accept payments completely through PayPal also for ease of mind.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you would like to purchase and proceed to click the "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information if you have not already and click "Buy Now". Once payment is confirmed you will automatically receive email confirmation, followed by your tracking number once we ship your order!

Q: What quality can I expect from Anime No Cap?

A: Quite simply, the quality we provide on each and every one of our items is unmatched. Our items are hand-made by in house professionals at our very own factories. We make to sure focus on the finest of material with absolute attention to detail in our embroidery. Be rest assured your item will be luxurious in every sense of the word and built to last!

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: We offer a full refund if the item is damaged unreasonably in transit. If you receive your item and for some reason are not happy with it and have yet to remove it from the original packaging, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on receipt of the item and inspection by our team. 

Q: What happens if my product doesn't arrive?

A: Depending on a case by case basis, we may re-send the product or issue you a refund. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and this must be brought forward to postage company.
